The Unit has Four High Precision CNC Vertical Machining Centres, One High Precision CNC Turning Centre, Two ZNC Spark EDM's Operating 24 hours a day.  In addition we are also equipped with 7 conventional lathe machines, 3 Milling machines and One Surface Grinding Machine.

To avoid measuring error, Operators are provided with Digital Instruments, which are calibrated at regular intervals. Operators are called for regular gatherings to express their ideas, suggestions and for improving their skills. Training is imparted on them to be abreast of latest developments in Tool Making.
